Your use of this Website or submission of service requests via telephone constitutes your agreement to all such terms.
These Terms apply to any Services or properties such as websites or apps owned and operated by Serviceam. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version.
2 Introduction to Serviceam
Upon registration, you may choose your own password or Serviceam will assign you a password to access the Services through the Serviceam website or apps.
3 The Standard Services
3.1 Profinder Service
Upon entering your information and your service request, we will attempt to match you with up to four Service Professionals in your area.
⚠️ We do not guarantee that we will be able to match your service needs with a Service Professional.
3.2 Live Directory
You can view a directory of Service Professionals in your selected zip code who provide services in the project categories that you select.
3.4 Instant Booking
You can choose to schedule appointments with certain Service Professionals on our website.
Note: Serviceam does not guarantee that Service Professionals will be on time for, or show up for, any booked appointments.
3.5 No Guarantees or Endorsements
Although we take certain steps to examine credentials, we make no guarantees, warranties or representations regarding skills or job quality.
"The Service Professionals are not employees or agents of Serviceam."
3.7 Release from Damages or Claims

YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE SERVICEAM (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) FROM ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH DISPUTES AND YOUR DEALINGS WITH SERVICE PROFESSIONALS.
5 Serviceam Key Membership
5.1 Billing and Automatic Renewal
⚠️ AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AUTHORIZATION
BY ENROLLING IN A KEY MEMBERSHIP, YOU AUTHORIZE SERVICEAM TO CHARGE YOU for your initial subscription period and a recurring annual membership at the then current rate.
Your Key Membership will automatically renew and you will be charged prior to each new period until canceled.
5.2 Cancellation of Automatic Renewal

YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE SUBSEQUENT PERIOD IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST THREE (3) DAYS BEFORE YOUR NEXT RENEWAL DATE.
Cancel by:
- Visiting the Serviceam Contact Center
- Mailing notice to our designated address
7 Information You Provide / TCPA Consent
By submitting a service request, you expressly consent to being contacted by us and by Service Professionals via phone, email, text (SMS), or other reasonable means.
⚠️ FRAUD WARNING
TO KNOWINGLY INPUT FALSE INFORMATION IS A SERIOUS FRAUDULENT MATTER. You agree to indemnify Serviceam and affected Service Professionals for damages resulting from such action.
8 Serviceam Messaging

You agree to receive automated promotional and marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

🚫 Cancellation
Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to our shortcode to cancel.
Opting out may impact your use of Serviceam Services.
11 Service Professional Prescreening & Disclaimers

Screening is performed solely at the time of application . Information may change or expire over time.
IMPORTANT WARNING
SERVICEAM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SCREENING INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE. We recommend you verify a professional's credentials before working with them.
DISCLAIMER: SERVICEAM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE SCREENING PROCESS.
16 Agreement to Arbitrate All Disputes

The Serviceam Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis without any warranty whatsoever.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
SERVICEAM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Serviceam shall have no liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of this Agreement.
